Hello 

    My name is Tanya. I came to real estate from 17 years as an executive in the corporate world. During that time I negotiated contracts and worked on franchise contract agreements. I also spent 7 years as a city planning commissioner, where I learned skills of land uses and general plan development. While I was going through the process of selling my own home, I realized I had a real passion for real estate. I soon decided to take the big leap and change careers. With my business back ground and my years as a planning commissioner, I bring a professional approach and a strong business sense to help my clients get the highest and best value in the current market. I’ve always been the creative type and enjoy coming up with new marketing ideas. 

On a more personal note, I am a proud mother of 3 beautiful boys. As a working mother I still made time to work the classrooms, bake cupcakes, coach sports teams, held and still hold board /chair positions. I am currently on a few sports boards. I also home school my youngest son who has disabilities. We have two Beagle dogs and we enjoy hiking and exploring. My boys have converted me into a sci-fi and action movie fan and I now know way to much about Star Wars and the Marvel movies. I am a strong believer in Jesus and teach my sons manners and how to be a strong independent person.

For my clients my integrity and loyalty always come first, I am devoted to taking the time to listen and learn about my clients needs, wants, and desires. I study the market to help you with buying or selling by using very innovative marketing plans and the newest technology.  I will guide you through the process and give you the confidence to complete a successful transaction.
